Job Role:

Deichmann Shoes ....are the UK subsidiary of the largest footwear retailer in Europe and are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Store Manager for their Flagship Westfield Shopping Centre Store in Stratford, London.

Having successfully completed you initial development programme you will not only have the opportunity to deputise in stores across you designated area either on a planned or ad-hoc basis but also play a vital role in assisting with new store openings across the UK.

This is a really exciting opportunity for anyone wanting to take their first step onto the store management ladder in order to train and develop over a period of time with the intention of becoming one of our Store managers of the future.

If you are highly motivated, have experience of supervising a team (including deputising for your manager) in a retail setting, have good communication skills with the ability to plan and co-ordinate resources and are passionate about the delivery of excellent customer service we very much want to hear from you.
