Our data on goods and prices during the ordering process are non-binding and subject to change. With your order, you make a binding offer, and you will receive from us by e-mail an order confirmation specifying your order number, as long as you have provided a valid e-mail address. This order confirmation does not represent acceptance of your order but merely informs you that your order has been received. No purchase contract takes place until we dispatch the ordered product to you. You can monitor the status of your order in the “My Account” area under “Your Orders”.

The minimum age for ordering from the Deichmann shop is 18 years.

How do I find the article I want to purchase in the Online Shop?

There are two options to find the article you want in the Deichmann Online Shop:

1. Use the main menu points “Ladies”, “Mens”, “Girls”, „Boys“, “Sports” or “Brand” and refine your search by additional filter criteria until you find the desired selection of articles.

2. Use our free text search and enter the article number (7-digit) or the product name, the product type, the style, the brand, the colour, or similar. We will then display all articles and information matching your search.
