Hottest Fashion for Summer
With Glastonbury this weekend, I think we can officially call it summer!

Graphic prints were huge for spring and continue into the hotter season. Freshen things up with pop-art inspired fruit prints, bright graphic florals and brave animal prints. This is not the season to fade into the background!
Pencil skirts are having a big comeback. Don't think grey, boring work style skirts - think a stretchy, figure hugging waisted pencil skirt with a crop top and a pale denim jacket. This style goes perfectly with a low peep-toe for 50s glamour.
White is a classic summer staple but this year instead of feminine crochet/broderie anglaise styles, it is seen on sleeker sportier styles. Think shift dresses, sharp-collared blouses and stark white accessories. The nude heel is officially out - white is this season's goes-with-everything footwear choice.
Bright, flourescent colours should be experimented with this season. Perhaps start off with just a flash of neon pink, orange or yellow in your accessories. For the braver fashionistas - clashing bright colours is very on trend but if you do this, keep the rest of the outfit muted.
Denim is a big summer favourite - however this year you should experiment with at least one of the following styles.
1: Dungarees - shocking I know, but they have made a massive comeback this year. Wear with clunky, chunky shoes, a high bun and lashings of red or coral lipstick. If you can't quite see this working for you, then the alternative is a cute denim pinafore dress. Looks great with stripes - very Alexa Chung.
2. 'Mom' jeans - this seasons other suprise Denim comeback. They are so called because of their 80s/90s style 'high rise', baggy leg and tapered ankle. These styles look great in pale, ripped denim and should again be worn with high, statement heels or wedges. This is not a trend to be worn lazily with your old trainers.
So that's our rundown for Summer 2013! Do you think you will be wearing any of these trends this season? Perhaps you already are? Let us know on our Facebook page!
