If you are not able to return all or part of the goods or only in deteriorated condition, you are obliged to reimburse us with the respective value. This shall not apply in the event that the deterioration of the surrendered goods is due to the inspection of the goods as it would have been possible in a shop. However, you may avoid any duty to provide compensation for any deterioration of the goods caused by the intended use, by not using the goods as your own property and refraining from all actions that may affect their value. Obligations to refund payments must be met within 30 days of the customer notifying us of their wish to cancel.
