How can I place a Click & Collect order in the shop?
Click & Collect allows you to have your order delivered to one of our 135 DEICHMANN stores across the UK. Just choose Click & Collect at checkout, enter your postcode or town, and we'll find the nearest DEICHMANN store for you to pick up your order.
Are there any delivery costs for Click & Collect delivery to the shop?
No, the best part about Click & Collect is that it's free, so you save the £2.99 delivery cost.
How long will it take for my Click & Collect order to arrive at the shop?
Your Click & Collect order typically arrives at the store within 2 to 3 working days. Once your order is ready for pickup, we'll notify you via email.
When can I collect my Click & Collect order from the shop?
Once your Click & Collect order has arrived at the store, we will notify you by email.
How long will my Click & Collect order be stored in the shop?
Your Click & Collect order will be held at the store for 14 days from the receipt of your collection notification email.
What happens if I don't collect my Click & Collect order after 14 days?
If you don't collect your Click & Collect order within 14 days of receiving the collection notification email, we'll return it and refund your original payment method. How does the collection of my Click & Collect order from the shop work?
Once you receive the collection confirmation, you have 14 days to pick up your Click & Collect order from your chosen DEICHMANN store. Simply visit the store with your ID and the email confirmation of your order delivery, and present them to an assistant.
Can I also pay for Click & Collect orders on collection?
No, all online orders must be paid for at the time of checkout. You can choose from the following payment options: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or immediate payment through Klarna or Klarna Pay in 30 Days.
What do I need to bring with me to collect my Click & Collect order?
To make collecting your order easier, please ensure you have your ID and the email confirmation of your order delivery to show to an assistant in store.
Can someone else collect my Click & Collect order for me?
Yes, someone else can collect your Click & Collect order on your behalf. To do this, please print the email confirming the delivery of your order. You'll need to provide the details of the person collecting your order and ensure they have both the paperwork and their ID when they go to your chosen store to pick it up.
Can I try on my Click & Collect order in the shop?
We recommend that you try on the items in the shop so that you can check straight away whether everything fits and you like it. If you have any questions, our staff on site will be happy to help you immediately.
Can I exchange my Click & Collect order in-store?
If you're not satisfied with an item you've ordered, you can exchange it or get a refund at any of our 135 stores within 366 days of receiving it.
How can I return items from my Click & Collect order?

How do I get my money back in the event of a return?
