In the online shop, we only display items that are in stock. This way, you can be sure that your favourite shoes won't take long to arrive. Unfortunately, we cannot provide information on restocking. So, grab your desired items quickly before they sell out. If an item is out of stock, use our store locator to see if it is available in a DEICHMANN store near you.

There is no minimum order value. Exceptions are promotions linked to a discount code, where a certain minimum order value is a condition for the discount to be applied.

The maximum order value is set at £500. If an order exceeds this limit, it must be split into several orders.

If you have forgotten your password, you can simply reset it at login. Click on "Forgot password?" and enter the email address you used to create your DEICHMANN account.

We will generate a new password and send it to you by email. This may take a few minutes. Please also check your spam folder.

For your own security, we would like to ask you to then replace this with a new, permanent password under "My Account".

Once your order has been created, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of your order to the email address you have provided during checkout. In addition, you can check the current status of your order at any time in your customer account. After you have placed your order, the price you paid for the order will be valid. Any subsequent price changes do not affect your order.

No, unfortunately, cancellation is not possible. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, you have the option to return unwanted items to us free of charge after receiving them or return them to a store.

For a successful order, we need some information (e.g. name and address) from you. If error messages occur, please follow the relevant instructions.
