Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery charges only apply for orders with an order value of less than £39.99* as we offer FREE Standard Delivery for all orders above that value. (*£39.99 order value not to include the delivery charge)
For orders that do not qualify, we are proud to offer two low-cost delivery options for our customers.
Standard Delivery - £2.99.
Express Delivery - £4.99
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery (2 - 3 days from dispatch)
Express delivery (1 day from dispatch)
Evri will attempt delivery Monday - Sunday, excluding bank holidays.
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Orders made before 4pm Monday - Saturday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders made after 4pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the next day.
Orders made after 4pm on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday.
Can I have my order sent to a store to be collected?
Yes, free click and collect is now available. Simply choose the 'click and collect' option on the delivery address page and select your chosen store.
Please allow 2 - 3 days from dispatch for your order to be delivered to store.
After your order has arrived at your chosen store, you have 14 days to collect.
Can I have my order delivered to a Pick-up Point?
Yes, we now offer parcel shop and locker deliveries.
How long do I have to collect my parcel from a Pick-up Point?
After your parcel has been delivered, you will have 10 days to collect from a parcel shop, and 3 days to collect from a locker.
Can I send my order to any address?
Yes - just select 'Delivery to a different address' and enter the relevant detail.
We ship to all UK addresses including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & islands, Isle of Wight and British Forces Post Office (BFPO). Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery to the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands at this time.
What if I'm not at home?
Evri will make three attempts at your delivery – if after three attempts they have been unable to successfully deliver your parcel, it will be returned to Deichmann for a full refund upon receipt. Your refund will be paid back into the account of your original payment method.Do you offer nominated day delivery?
Unfortunately, nominated day deliveries are currently not something we facilitate.What happens if my order cannot be delivered?

How do I change my address?
In your account yo can save more addresses and, during checkout, select any of the given addresses. if you would like to change your entire address or delete an address, you can do this in your account under "My Addresses".You've already ordered but want it sent it to a different address?
Just select 'Delivery to a different address' and enter the relevant details.
