From time to time DEICHMANN offers its customers discounts via discount codes. The discount code is entered in the shopping cart before the binding order confirmation. When entering the discount code, please make sure that the correct wording and spelling of the discount code for the respective promotion is used.

Validity period: Discount codes have a limited validity period, which is always stated in the terms and conditions of each discount offer.

Minimum order value: discount codes may be limited by a minimum order value, which is always stated in the terms and conditions of each discount offer. Limited product selection: discount codes may apply to specific products, categories or campaigns.

Limited validity: There are discount codes that can only be used once. Additional application of discount codes: A discount code cannot be applied additionally to a completed order.

Additional discount code redemptions: No additional discount code can be applied to a completed order.

Combination of discount codes: Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Simply enter the code during the checkout process at the payment under "Do you have a promotion code?" and save. Make sure to enter the code correctly and note the instructions for the respective promotion.

If your discount code does not work, it may be due to the following reasons:

The discount code has already been redeemed,

the discount code has been issued for a specific customer,

the discount code is limited by the minimum order value,

the discount code applies only to selected products,

the discount code has expired.
