Ship to home/store is our branch service for you. Because if your desired item in your size or color is not available on-site, we are happy to order it for you. You have the choice of where we should deliver:

  • Ship to home: We deliver the item conveniently to your home or to another address of your choice.

  • Ship to store: Your item will be delivered to a DEICHMANN branch of your choice.

Simply contact our store team or use one of our touchscreens, if available. Payment will be made directly at the store.

No, the great thing about Ship to home/store is that you don't have to pay any shipping costs.

Usually, your order will arrive at your chosen address or selected store within 2 to 4 working days. Once the order has arrived at the store, we will inform you via email.

Your order will be held for you in the store for 14 days from the delivery of the collection notification.

If you do not collect your order within 14 days of receiving the collection notification, we will return it. The amount will be refunded according to the chosen payment method. In order for us to refund the amount to you, we need your bank details. Please note: Our customer service will not contact you automatically. Therefore, please send us the information independently via our contact form.

After receiving the collection confirmation, you have 14 days to collect your order in the store. Simply speak to our team on-site and you will receive your order. Yes, someone can collect your order for you in the store. For this, the person needs: the full name under which the order was placed, the order number, and their own form of identification. We recommend trying on the items in the store so you can directly check if everything fits and also if you like it. If you have any questions, our on-site staff will be happy to help you immediately.

If you don't like an item you ordered, you can also exchange it in person at one of our  stores and get your money back.

You can return or exchange the goods to us free of charge within 30 days of receipt. Use the enclosed return label for this purpose. You can then drop off your package at the parcel shop. Remember to provide your bank details on the return receipt.
