At Deichmann, we offer a Price Promise; if a customer finds an identical pair of shoes on sale at any UK high street or online retailer at a cheaper price, we will price match that style and give an additional £1 to the customer.
If after purchase, the customer finds the item on sale in any other UK high street or online retailer within 14 days at a cheaper price, we will refund the difference and give an additional £1 to the customer upon reviewing the receipt and proof of the competitor’s price and product. However, comparison styles must be identical to our product, i.e. brand, model, colour, gender, size and must be in stock at the competitor. Price matches and refunds are processed by Deichmann sales staff in-store or by the Deichmann Customer Services team, who can be contacted by emailing service-uk@deichmann.com. Online resellers or marketplaces such as eBay, Vinted, Depop, Etsy or Offerup are excluded and do not qualify for this Price Guarantee.
